In addition, STR is ISCC EU certified. This certification provides a recognized framework for the sustainable handling, storage and traceability of renewable and bio-based fuels throughout the supply chain. It enables our customers to demonstrate compliance with European sustainability requirements and supports the growing demand for sustainable marine fuels and biofuel blending activities.

Fraud Awareness
STR is committed to conducting business in a transparent and professional manner. Unfortunately, we have become aware of fraudulent activities in which third parties have falsely claimed to represent Service Terminal Rotterdam and have offered storage capacity or commercial services on our behalf.
Please note that all commercial agreements and communications from STR are handled exclusively through our authorized representatives and official communication channels.
If you receive a message, offer or request that appears suspicious or if you have any doubts regarding the authenticity of a communication claiming to originate from STR, we encourage you to contact our team directly for verification before taking any action.

Due to the nature of our operations, STR operates under strict safety and environmental regulations. We comply with the requirements of the Seveso III Directive, the International Ship and Port Facility Security (ISPS) Code and other applicable national and international regulations governing terminal and maritime operations.
